Our Playgroups are designed for mums looking for a relaxed and welcoming place to connect with others in a similar stage of motherhood, while their little ones play, explore, and interact alongside babies of a similar age.
Whether you're coming along with a friend or joining on your own, these sessions provide the opportunity to enjoy conversation and connection, while your little mover has plenty of room to roam, explore age-appropriate toys, and begin developing important social skills through play.

PLAYGROUPS FOR 6+ MONTH MOVERS
Our Playgroups are relaxed sessions designed for 6+ month movers, with space for open play.
Whether it’s your first or second time around, these unstructured sessions focus on connection and conversation for the mums, with plenty of age-appropriate toys for your babies to explore each week.
$25 per session, with term and casual bookings available.
Do I need to bring anything?
From Day One is a purpose-built space for mums and their babies, so you don’t need to bring much.
We have change stations stocked with nappies, wipes, and essentials, along with a full kitchen including a fridge, microwave, and kettle. You’re always welcome to arrive early or stay a little longer to feed or settle in.
Who are playgroups designed for?
Our Playgroups are designed for 6+ month movers and are open to all mums, whether it's your first or second time around. They're best suited to babies who are crawling, cruising, walking, or eager to explore.
Can I come on my own?
Absolutely. Many of our mums join on their own and quickly connect with others in a similar stage. You'll always be warmly welcomed at From Day One.
How Long do the classes run for?
Playgroups run for 2 hours, giving you plenty of time to settle in, connect, and enjoy open play.
