Our Team

From Day One is a safe, supportive space to help women navigate the most transformative season of life - motherhood. We offer an IRL community in our beautiful space that has been built with intent to cater for the needs of mothers.

We have brought together a team of like-minded postpartum specialists who are passionate about helping support women from pregnancy through to the first 12 months postpartum.

Experience Requirements: Qualifications in a field related to postpartum (Nurse, Midwife, expert in related area). The ability to engage and lead in a group setting.

Role Description: From Day One is a premier Membership Space dedicated to parental well-being during the first 12 months of their babies’ life. We aim to provide a safe space for community building and education. Our signature Mother’s Group program spans 10-week, with each group made up of 5-8 Members with babies the same age and separated into first-time and second-time+ mums.

The co-ordinator is a constant over the 10-week course and is there to guide the mothers, provide follow up and suggestions for their wellbeing. The role provides the opportunity to work in a female-owned and operated environment, with the potential for growth.

Working environment: We aim to provide a safe, comfortable, flexible workspace where employees feel heard and seen. We welcome facilitator feedback in involvement in making continuous improvements to the program to ensure we cater for the needs of our community. This role would suit a mum returning to paid work, with hours that allows for school/kinder/childcare pick up and drop off.
