Our Signature Mothers Groups bring together mums with babies of a similar age for eight weeks of connection, conversation and expert led support.
Each week, you'll hear from trusted specialists covering topics relevant to your stage of motherhood, alongside plenty of time to connect with other mums navigating the same stage as you.
Each week brings together expert led support and meaningful connection, with sessions designed around the questions, challenges and milestones of your stage of motherhood.
What you can expect:
- Trusted Specialists: Practical advice, guidance and insights into topics relevant to you and your baby.
- Community & Connection: Build genuine friendships with mums navigating a similar stage of motherhood.
- Open & Honest Conversation: A supportive space to share experiences, ask questions and feel understood.
- A Space Designed for Mums: A welcoming, purpose built space with everything you and your baby need to feel comfortable and supported, whether you're feeding, changing, settling or simply enjoying time with your group.
Duration: 8 weeks, with one 2 hour session at the same time each week.
Location: From Day One, 22 Cecil Place, Prahran.
Group Size: Small, intimate groups of mums with babies of a similar age.
